Rep System... Begging?

This is getting annoying, I've been reped down in various threads for reasons such as "stp bggng for rep", "rep begger /yawn", Wth?

How am I begging for rep, I even fixed and puted into my Signature it's a GOAL not a QUESTION or a REQUEST, if you choose to do it it's by you're own damn choice, not by force. Now my real question is, How do I get this to stop, without taking out my "Reputation Goal Mark" on my signature?..

Your rep goal is your choice, yes. But members seeing it as "begging for rep" and derepping you is their choice as well.

Rep does nothing, it's just here because everyone whined about not having it.
