    Default Internet Radio

My Guild has been asking for an internet radio station that streams music, so I told them I would look into it. Does anyone know how this work, or know any links to free software I could use?

I use iTunes, go into radio and then select a genre and it shows a bunch of stations that play that type of music. Most stations have multiple sized data streams too, like 128k and 96k, for example.

Well, I'm wanting to broadcast my MP3's and make a radio station, I don't think WMP does that.

    OH. That makes more sense.

    Scratch iTunes.

I have no clue, in that case.

www.ubroadcast.com seems like it may work. If you do have a show with a lot of listeners, let me be a guest host sometime. ;]

Me and lord mog used to have a radio station for our own enjoyment.

He used that win-amp broadcast program and this website to host his broadcast. I remembered all you had to do was find a hoster, connect through your winamp brodcast thingy to the IP, and it'll stream your playlist.

Ask him, even though he quit OnRpg because people flamed my emopost

What you could do is this:

Go to your Volume Control > File > Properties > Click on Recording > Put a check besides Microphone and Mono Out then click ok > Recording Control should come up > Select Mono Out > Close.

Now go on xfire or anything, make sure the program is constantly sending out sound, and start playing music, it'll stream by itself, pro huh?

I like Maxima and Digitally Imported. Maxima is in spanish, so just click on "Escucha en directo" in the top right corner of the site to listen. Both radio stations feature excellent electronic dance music. Enjoy!

Get shoutcast and winamp, I was a DJ at an online radio station before and we used that.
