What do you do..

Before you go to sleep? Do you have some sort of routine that you repeat nightly? Or do you just do whatever comes to mine? I personally go on my front porch with a can of pepsi and roll a smoke and just sit and think about what I did that day, or whatever else comes to mind. After that, I'll go and read a book for awhile and listen to music. Then I'll do a bit of studying about whatever I feel at the time. Most the times it's Jack the Ripper, I find him very interesting. So, What do you guys and ladys.. If there are any.. Do?

Me...i lay in bed for 30 minutes listening to music. After that i turn it off and go back on the comp do some last minute things, start torrents and then try to sleep.

its 3 A.M. right now and i cant fall asleep and ive been trying since 1, and i wake up for school at 5 A.M. so im just gonna stay awake.

EDIT: Im a try to at least get an hour of sleep in

For the past week or so i've been watching DVR'd national conventions until I get sleepy lol.

I meditate sometimes...but only if I haven't been toking all day.

If we've been in a heavy session (like, every day in the summer lmao) I just pass out around 8:00. Then I sleep like a baby until 6 AM, and repeat.

Any other time of year though, I usually meditate a little before bed. I don't spend the whole day smoking because of school and responsibility and shit...so, you know.
