im in us new york so i guess i can play it, like i think ive gotten pretty far on my own. So far i registered, i downloaded, and theres this one spot im stuck at whenever i try and open the patcher i see this: http://i99.photobucket.com/albums/l2...celutch/xc.jpg

but it takes long like 2 hours to get to 100% or so but my friend did the same thing and it was only 5 seconds lol...and yes i have windows vista. >.>

i'd appreciate it if someone could help guide me threw this because ive tried almost everything i could..thank you.
