Sounds like you shouldn't be going to church though since you don't agree with their views. Nothing is wrong with your view, if it doesn't fit with the church's that's ok, but I think I wouldn't go if I didn't believe in what they were saying.
I feel that organized religion is the worst thing to ever happen to spirituality. Go with what you believe, it is just as valid (or more so, go science!) as theirs.
