I thought the same thing! Anyway, it's done all the time and nobody ever loses their account for it that I know of. I even know of people in that game still around that actually bought their account. If I did get punished (I don't think I would) I wouldn't care anyway since I'm close to quitting 2moons.

Giving away accounts is indeed legal. Trading and or selling them is not. I give away accounts to things all the time. I've never been banned.
