Not only that but TR was not all that great of a president. He didn't do anything all that notable. FDR on the other hand was a pretty damn good one, and had to be if we wanted him for 16 years.

Even though he set work place safety in industrial areas, passed a law to make monopoly's illegal, and has the most popular toy in the world inspired by him (I know, but I had to bring that up).
