Quick, is this a good computer?

Please tell me if this is a good computer! Should I buy it and is it alright for a prebuilt computer of its price?

I only have two days until i go buy it so please give me a thumbs up or otherwise explain.

Yes. Just buy a new Graphic's Card, and you're all set.

You can get an 8500 GT for 50 dollars.

Downgrade to XP, as well.

just put the gfx card in, bios will auto disable the integrated one, and i would rather go with at least an 8800gt or 9600gt

dont mind listening to C&M to degrade to xp since everything works on vista now and with a better gfx you wont even notice the perfomance difference

just disable UAC and youll be set with vista (if you want, you also can remove the sidebar)

how do you disable UAC, and what is it?


btw, you can probably buy a better quality/cheaper desktop if you go to NewEgg.com

UAC is User Account Control and can be disabled at the accounts tab in the settings, it will annoy you when you start your pc with stuff like; User Account Control is disabled and youre not protected! blah blah blah

the downpoint of UAC is that it checks youre exes before running and it can get very annoying in the end
