ive been trying to get the sas shotgun, and you have to view your stats online, bu it hasnt been so easy, i had to link my bad company account to my PSN and i cant get my confirmation email. i can view my states on the leader board, but not on the my soldier screen which is were i must view them. when i click on my soldier i get this:

This could be due to two reasons:
You have not linked your Xbox Gamertag or PSN Name to your EA Account. Please Click this link and complete the account linking process.
You have a linked account but have not yet participated in an online Ranked Multiplayer match for Battlefield: Bad Company. Online Ranked Multiplayer Game time is required to access your personal profile page.
i have been in plenty of online ranked matches, and i have linked my IDs together.
I had the same problem trying to get the extra support gun but what i did was log out and leave it a few days and then tried and strangely it worked... well thats battlefield for you =l
