Well I have played a couple like monstergame-Vamps vs Werewolves and Knightfight-Knight vs knight and they are extremely popular-over 1,000,000 members, but here's the difference I noticed.

For one, these games you always just click attack and it finishes 5, 10 or 20 rounds for you and tells you who won. In this game it is a round by round system. So round 1 you can do a spell attack, round 2 you can do a regular attack and round 3 back to spell attack if you are losing. Then if after a few rounds you are losing badly, you can even flee the battle and if successful the battle is undecided so you don't take a loss.

Hmmm, what else....Unlike the other games I tried where you ONLY get 6 missions a day that take 15 minutes each and can only start after 15 minutes after a battle, here you can do a battle and immediately go to explore the countryside for more goodies and even extra skill points to assign and XP.

There is also a bank (Depository) that the others don't have and you can transfer stuff to your allies if they need help. I could go on, but whatever, critique it and diss it all you want without trying it, but I really think it is a much better game then the other ones I've tried.

Oh sorry...Well usually in these games you can only fight every 15 minutes or do a mission which is just clicking a button and 15 minutes later they say-"Oh great, you found 300 gold pieces" Not the same in this one. The other ones are boring and take way too long.

Anyhow, obviously, you guys know everything so can't wait to get my PM invite to the great game you come out with. Pffft

There actually are mmorpg makers (player orpgs) on this forum. You didn't make this game, you only "discovered" it.

Thanks Jammart, Should I ask the creator to stop by and open a thread and argue with you somewhere else? Not sure I know what you mean.

Anyhow, sorry if I don't like all the highly graphical games. I grew up with games like D & D with dice, where it was all about the imagination and that's exactly what I love about these browser games. I use imagination and fantasy to play and I love it.

My first game was Wizardry on an Apple 2E comp and it was all stick creatures in a 3D maze and tha's all I needed to let my imagination run wild. Maybe you like the new graphical games but I have enough creativity in the mind to make any RPG amazing if the right players are involved. So anyone who has a good imagination, stop by and let's get it on!

I'm not here to argue.. I'm just pointing out the flaws in your post. You're being pretty rude. Onrpg members aren't humble when it comes to things like these... you learn stuff like that. Besides, it -is- in the wrong section.

I dislike highly graphical games too (my computer can't even handle most of them). You don't need to tell people the reason you like the game. You presented it. People bashed it. So what? Leave them be, it's not like you posted a referral link or anything. You're being pretty ignorant when you ask only people with imagination to play this game with you.

I'm being rude? I just wanted to maybe bring a little bit of fun to some people and next thing you know, people jump in with their snide comments like "Oh great, another wannabe blah blah blah... and Oh it's JUST a browser game!" Whatever man. Ever hear the expresiion or saying, if you haven't got anything good to say, then say nothing at all. That's what I'm talking about.

And who made you an authority on what people are like and who is humble or not? You're the one outta line here.

As for the post being in the wrong place, if a mod or admin feels the same, they can easily move it and I apologize for that, but I find the welcome here from SOME members to be somewhat aggressive and out of place!

I never claimed everyone was, I'm just telling you by posting something like this most of the community will flame you. Not telling you how the community isn't humble, telling you how they will react by experience. Stop bashing me, for those who know me here I'm actually quite reserved and kind around here. Leave Jammart alone !

I just joined a new online game and it's totally awesome and growing by the day. The game is called God Quest and it's totally free and very addictive.

Your goal is to outsmart and outplay other members from all over the world and try to become a GOD in a land of mortals. You have 6 characters to choose from like Amazon, Marauder, Warlock Assassin etc...and you beat and rob people for gold and stuff. You can explore the countryside to find goodies, choose your own profession, view your spy report or just hang out at the The Pub and make a topic or chat live with other players and more. Best of all it is 100% free and zero ads!!!

Come by and try it out, it's really fun actually and I gots all my friend hooked. My ingame name is gruesome if you need some tips. here's the link:

Well i can understand you wanting to share a game with the community, but come on,you know onRPGers have high standards for games.

This browser garbage doesn't even deserve its own thread, just my opinion.

This game has a cool concept. Kinda reminds me of Archlord were any one player can become the Lord over all. Anyways.. how would you say this game is different than some of the other browser based games? Like http://www.battleknight.us/index.php?loc=regist

I would say that it is different because I spent over a year playing and being the Master at this game: http://www.knightfight.co.uk/

And got bored and then went to the game you quoted: Battleknight seeing the EXACT same thing and decided that I wanted something better and I found it and it was right here at: http://godquestonline.com

Anyone wanting the same old, same old can click the first 2 links, but if you want something fresh and new? Then click the last one and have some real fun!
