    Default Atlantica - Open Beta

    SCORE!
You’ve Reached 10,000! Now Level Up To … Open Beta

The Army of Atlantica has seen its ranks increased by 10,000-plus. We are now stronger, as you have brought more mercenaries into the Atlantica fold, and therefore we are ready to take on new challenges, even open beta!

We are proud to announce that the third and final round of closed beta will finally run its course this Wednesday, Sept. 17, at 11 a.m. Pacific Daylight Saving Time (PDT), and then open beta will proceed one week later. Here’s the schedule:

CLOSED BETA ENDS: Wednesday, Sept. 17, 11 a.m. PDT
OPEN BETA BEGINS: Wednesday, Sept. 24, 6 p.m. PDT

The commencement of open beta is an opportunity for players to start anew on their journey to find Atlantis and proceed deep into the game without fear of reprisals - there will be no wipe at the end of open beta, and players will be able to continue right where they left off when Atlantica officially launches!

However, one final wipe will be conducted with the conclusion of closed beta. There are, though, these benefits for closed beta participants that were promised earlier:

    1) Players who reached Level 20 during the first round of closed beta will still have their characters’ names in the blue color.
    2) Winners of the Battles With The Developers and the Supreme Atlantian competitions will retain their horses - Thoroughbred (the brown horse) or Hackney (the white horse) - that they earned. Players will find these items in their Item Pickup, under the Item Mall menu, when they begin open beta.
    3) Closed beta participants will have the right to re-use their previous character names. They must create new characters with those names, however, within two weeks of the start of open beta.
    4) Players who fought in the Free Leagues will find these items in their Item Pickup, under the Item Mall menu, at the start of open beta:
    a) Two (2) 30-day Extra Inventory Licenses.
    b) Four (4) 30-day Mercenary Room Licenses.

So continue to be diligent in working your way through the Atlantica world during open beta, for your efforts will be rewarded - a continuous journey onto Atlantis when open beta comes to end! So get your travel plans ready!

Actually, the reason im not going back is because the game is full lv.50+. I hoped for a wipe, but its not happening. I'm not going back to a already ruined game market economy.

the wipe won't really help the game's economy. i've played the game and the events done by GMs lowered the prices of the most needed items (crystals and jewels) far below below their actual value. they also place limitations on gaining certain items and its really begun to hurt the game's economy.

Unless they rid of the stamina system, the likelihood of me playing are slim.
