And most likely she will get uber mad at me saying stuff like "OH SO U DONT NEED ME ANYMORE???!!!

She probably loves you considerably.

She won't stop loving you if you ask her to let you do things on your own.

Just tell her that she has to realize that you need to experience independence.

You just have to maintain yourself, or expect the parental control to come down even harder.
