1)final fantasy online - this will need a credit or debit card for the monthly fees. It's an OK game but not recommended if you prefer to solo your way through games.

2)Warhammer - it's an mmorpg. I haven't played it but people say it's similiar to WoW but more focused on PvP

3)age of conan - it had a lotta hype but there's a lot missing that was promised. Not recommended at the moment, maybe check back in a few months.

4)hellgate - I hear this game is practically dead.

5)phantasy star universe - Never played, can't comment.

    1. FFXI, best game i have ever played, not for anyone tho, you CAN solo now, but if you only like solo-ing its not for you, but man, its the best game i have ever played. (still playing)

    2.WAR, i can't say anything about it.
    3. I can't say anything about it.
    4. Helgate isn't dead, i heard some good things about it.

    5. Great game, but i preffer single player over multiplayer in it.

In FFXI you can solo, but.. party ing is what is realy fun in the game, and thats also a big part of how you will play in the game, the lfp isn't realy a big deal there.. party's are a breeze to get.

But i don't think ffxi is a game that you would like

1)final fantasy online- one of the better mmos out there but with many flaws, community is really tight nit now and hard for newbies but has the best story in any mmo ever, last thing prepare to lose alot of your life this game is a huuuge time sink and without any friends you will stuggle to get anything done you can spend monthes of your life and get little to nothing done, plus money is rather hard to aquire.

2)Warhammer pretty much like wow with a few draw backs and some improvement, combat is really slow, plus side some of the group area quests are fun to do, game is highly pvp based and the classes are semi varied and is a decent game.
3)age of connan it is an mmo a horrible one, everyone wears some sort of skirt the combat is really wonky and broken, dual weilding does nothing but stack stats and still feels some what broken, though there is a single player aspect where it turns to night time when you do some quests
4)hellgate - a little broken version of diablo except 3d diddnt play much of it though
5)phantasy star universe combat is real time and fairly fun my main gripe is everyone always wants to do the same mission all the time just to get the most money and drops, which isnt bad but it gets repittive doing the same thing over and over, it does have some single player missions online and a crafting system but theres nothing to this game but grind grind grind get a new weapon grind grind grind, only really good if you ave friends who you want to play with.

Let me correct that, the community is increasing and great, for new players there's a new turtorial for FFXI, EXP has been increased for the more casual play, and if you play it good, with a friendly linkshell, you will always progress.

Solo you can get a quite good exp now, i solo'd to 15 and it was a breeze. with the new exp.
I can still solo good eneugh, i can solo, for great exp, and if i want to i put my flag up, and due the level sync i get a party in no time.

This is an easy question (I only read some of it)

Get FFXI a really good game, but its not Noob-friendly, and you almost always have to be in a party, but its sooo worth it.

In FFXI you can solo better now, its a bit better in exp, and its a big change.

There is also a turtorial now. so its more newb friendly.
Soloing is a little bit better now, but partying is still far more efficient.

Since he says he's not the type of person who wants to wait around looking for a Party; I'm going to suggest either Guild Wars or Phantasy Star Universe*.

I haven't had the chance to play Warhammer yet, but a lot of people to seem to be enjoying it. Look up some videos and stuff.

Even though Final Fantasy XI's new Level Sync feature has made it much easier to find Parties, there's still gonna be times when you're sitting around waiting for an invite, especially when using a low level job.

*I would only suggest playing the Xbox 360 version of Phantasy Star Universe, though. It's fun. PC/PS2 servers are empty and all meseta/items are hacked.

GW, is a no, most of the missions require a party, to pass it, or you will have to grind.

or quest grind.. and still its more partyíng than other stuff, PSU is the same, you will need to party in the online gameplay.

I suggest WoW, lol.. or any other solo game.

Yeah, but you can just enter a room and join in with other people when you want to...
You don't have to wait for them to invite you.

Phantasy star isn't turn based. Unless you're playing the card game.

    1)final fantasy online
2)Warhammer ( can i have a little info about this game?? issit a mmorpg?)
3)age of connan ( is this a mmorpg?)
    4)hellgate
5)phantasy star universe ( if im not wrong this game combat system is like turn based right?)
    added a few choices
    6)guildwar ( is it a mmorpg?)
7)tabula rasa (i think its a fps right? lol)

erm which game is the most fun in your opinion feel free to voice out your comment is deeply appreciated it does have to be games that need to pay free mmorpg too
    1) Can't comment, but I want to try it.
    2) Some people like it, I didn't. If you're really into PvP you should like it though
    3) A surprisingly good game. It is fairly buggy, but the game itself is lots of fun. I would play this if you have a very good computer
    4) HG:L is a very good game if you want a dungeon crawler
5)The system is not turn based, is actually pretty fast paced. I would play this if you like role-playing and small but tight communities.
    6) Play this one if you don't mind instancing and like a good, computer friendly PvP game.
    7) I don't recommend it, it's an alright 3rd person shooter but I thought it could've been better.

im gonna have to suggest FFXI as well... but like it was said before its a time consuming game and it may or maynot run your life for a period time before you notice what you have become lol.. but then you look at what your leveling and then your like... lemme get 3k more exp and call it a night! but you end up staying for another hour or so unless you know you have plans like going out somewhere or you have a job. I try my best to stay away from FFXI but.. you know thats because its a good game i limit myself to like 2-4 hours at the most a day playing it
