    No lag on max / no high specs / cheap?

    You are in the pursuit of as we call it over here "the egg laying wool-milk-pig".

    Those 3 won't go together.
    @500$: That would be not really called a good one, rather a really shitty one, that most likely break into a constant stuttering with any recent game you throw at it in reduced resolutions.
    Games to come would be unplayable for sure.

    Around $800 for a decent pc. Some videocards alone cost $500.

    The WoW engine is what, 8 years old?
    (Just checked, yea it is.)

    You should have been more specific;
    any recent PC with a dedicated graphic-card, that you can buy as for now will run those games, if it ain't coming from the garbage-bin from back in time.

    Don't think I am not trying to help you, or criticize you, just see it as a free bump.
    WOW system requirements are fiendishly low compared to what single-player games need nowadays (8 years, that's nearly a decade).
    I do not do system configs for peeps abroad, from where I live, I got no sellers experience and don't know the precise worth of the components and things like that, but I am sure someone might do that, if you ask specifically.

    Staying under 600$ would likely be possible with a configuration that will easily satisfy your needs, for another couple of years, if you are going to use it pretty much the same way than you did with the other one and were ok with that.
