Isn't this the kind of thing that should be reported? I'd take this to the highest of authorities if I had a say in it.

I have reported the user and his IP address to the owners of the proxy software company (Avorax). I don't think Greed II understands how serious this is, Avorax will hopefully be able to deal with this. He will be reported to the VGT and other authorities.
I can only apologise for what has happened.
