Cancel your download, the game servers have been down for over 2 months and will most likely never come up again. The sad story of Dark and Light is probably finally comming to a close as the legal battles wrap up in probably October. This is what happens when a game company over hipes thier own product and can't even deliver a working a installer at the initial release.

It's posted on a few threads in the forums. Glad I sold my Elder account a few years ago on ebay. The dev's tried really hard but they bombed out this game terribly.

I tried some time ago and.. well.. they closed servers and there should be a reason.
