He means.. You have Sea lvls.. and Land lvls... sea lvls gives you stats just like land lvls...
He dont even know what to call them, so obvs he hasnt played that long.. its not a bad game.. just grindy

It was fun in the beginning but after a while the sea novelty wore off for me.
