    Default Norse Mythology MMO?

I know there are many, many, many single players based on Norse Mythologe (Valkyrie Profiles, Odin's Sphere, etc...). But I can think of very few MMOs based on it. Everything's either si-fi, fantasy, or asian. THe only one I can think of is RUNE, and it's an older game and I think it's room based. Can any1 think of any others?

Totally right. With the valkyries and garm that doesn't look like fenrir at all. Of course it is. I can't think of another MMO that is, though.

;o Dark Age of Camelot had some norse mythology in it, it wasn't the central theme though.

The classes arent really inspired by Norse mythology. Norse mythology is way too cool for a stupid asian game.
Quote wiki: Much of the game's mythos is based on Norse mythology, but its style has been influenced by Christianity and Asian cultures.

Yes, is the only game that actually use some norse myth. If you choose midgard realm you'll have plenty of it.

It definitely is, it has a lot of it in the background.

Actually, I think Garm Is Hati, Fenrir's son who chases the Moon.

However there is also Garmr/Garm, a dog who guarded Hel.

Definitley Ragnarok. The only issue is that it's only set in the world. Not a whole lot of Mythology plays into the actual story.

    i love norse mythology...

FFXI--like any other final fantasy--has some aspects from norse mythology... it is nothing huge but there are mobs and equipment based off norse mythology.

    -Midgard Serpent
    -Fenrir (Fenris)
    -Gungnir
    -Ragnarok
-and many alterations from norse mythology terms...

remember: i said FFXI barely has anything do with norse mythology.
