I'm not sure if WAR or AoC have trials, so I can't really say try those out for yourself before you purchase them.

There's always the WoW trial, though, if you haven't played it. I'd give that a shot.

You wont lag in WAR or WoW. AOC you will lag, AoC is also the best of those 3. WAR is a normal game with a lot of content and great RvR. AoC is more skill based, you can build castles and fight on mounts.

i recommend you try the wow free trial, least you wont lose anything if you dont like it. war is cool but imo not cool enough for me to want to play for more than a day or so

might pick it up again once they lower the retail price

XsoulX . Sure it is, but its still point and click, thats my point. AoC is by far the one with worst bugs and shit but is also by far more inovative and more ''unique'' than WoW and WAR:

he said MORE skill based, ive played both and the combat in AOC does require slightly more skill in how it controls, especially for a melee class, not much but some.

forgot to mention, AOC isnt that great, try get a buddy key and dont buy it imo i wish i hadnt

Ooo, I never - ever point and click in WAR during PvP. I always use WASD/QE. Skill Bar and TAb for targeting.

listen ive played all three games and im not trying to say the one is better than the other. im sure WAR will be the best of the 3 games because people like it more. AoC is the most inovative thats the only thing im saying. Thr way it controls every attack is more unique than the point and click in WAR.

EDIT: its still spamming skills and not controlling your meele attacks etc. in AOC you can also aim at the head if you are a ranger a do crits/fatalities.

Well I cant compare the two cause I havnt played AoC. All I know is taht I dont point and click in the game and im sure many others dont as well, the gameplay is too fast to be doing that.

Pointless asking this community, because half the people here hate WoW. I'd say try the WoW trial. PLAY AT LEAST UNTIL LEVEL 10! If you don't like it you could always go for WAR. I wouldn't recommend AoC in it's current state even though I personally liked the game.

I've played AoC, the game wasn't terrible, but the requirements are high. Higher than it states due to the poor programing. A lil tip if you dopick it, set the graphics to max then turn the shadows off. But it was fun for the 2 months I played.

WoW, I've played the trial, it was allright, but it didn't feel like much to me. Unfortunatly the direct account upgrade is broken and it will cost about £40 to import via Amazon.com, rather than £10 to buy the EU version. I want to play US becuse I have a few friends who play those servers.

I have yet to try WAR, but it appeals to me the most. And that leads me to a question of my own, can I just buy US WAR from EA's website (and DL it)? I'm EU based, buuuut, I've looked at the negatives of playing a further away server, and well..... It seems a better choice than GOA (besides, the negatives arn't even that bad).
