Both Hutchins and Sheridan said the activists' names were entered into the state police database as terrorists partly because the software offered limited options for classifying entries.

"Dude, it's not my fault! The software made us do it!"

My question? What the hell "software" are they using that forces them to classify protesters as terrorists? Sounds like a textbook cop-out to my innocent ears.
