Sorry, didn't really do it for me. I can't really recall a good scary movie, sure some things scared the crap (almost) out of me when I was younger (Pee Wee's big adventure had a shocker moment with a trucker or something, I hated that... Oh, and Jaws) but nowadays I can't find a horror that enjoy as a horror.

Some have bits of comedic genius, mind you, a la Jason X [or Jason in Space, whatever it was] where in one scene Jason is in a hologram room and 2 co-ed holograms ask him if he wants to "Drink beer... or smoke pot... or have pre-marital sex, we love pre-marital sex", the next scene you see with jason you see him swinging one sleeping bag into another one [one over his shoulder like a sledge hammer onto the one on the ground] and you hear "Ow.. Ow!".
