It's $12 a month, so shouldn't it be like 9 euro or something? ;_;
BTW levels 1 to 12 can be really tedious, depending on your class. And don't quit just 'cus it gets boring. Once you reach level 12 or so ( when you can go party in the dunes ) it immediately becomes more fun.
(sure you can go at lv 10 too, but not as many would invite you, because it's harder at lv. 10 then at 12.)

Yup Qufim is accessable, and yeah it does gimp your weapon levels but it wasnt to bad.
