Default Formated, audio is ****ed D=

well, was able to get all my drivers and shit working, aside from the one for my onboard sound =/ it uses realtek audio drivers. kinda confused, worked great before, and i instaled the os and all the drivers the first time to. no idea why they wont work now. i tryed downloading more recent versions, no difference.
    running xp pro. btw.
i can see that the drivers are instaled, i can see the stupid asus sound mixer thing, but, nothing is comming out =/
so, anyone know what might cause this?
    EDIT!
my front sound jack(the green one, im plugged on the surround on the back, wich doesnt work) WORKS! so, any idea why its doing this?

    No...

Its very common, when you reformat that you don't have all the specific drivers that you may need for your computer to work properly.

you need to find out what drivers you need, and promptly download them all.
It would help if you went to your computer's manufacturer's website. They should have a list of all the drivers you need after clarifying what make and model of computer you have.

If its realtek, try downloading the AC97 driver. For some reason, I've noticed a LOT of computers use this driver...
