I used to have a members ranged pure. I trained it to those stats, except i I had 94 or 95 ranged. those magic short bows pwned. (;
If you're doing F2P, my advice, stay away from ranged. Rangers were only really good in P2P due to magic short bow's special. I mean also the fact Rune (p) arrows attacking fast with the normal attack of short bow hitting 15's like nothing, get them down to about 30 hp use 2 specials you'd probably hit 24, 25. if they're healilng another time, they're dead.
F2P, I suggest a mage pure. 70+ mage is a must if you really want to hurt them with that fire blast. So you don't start missing, ya know? Also I wouldn't suggest going alone, but I hope you knew that already.
