New computer, clicking sound

I got my new computer I ordered today, from the moment I started it up the first time I heard an annoying constant clicking, at first I thought of the fan. I took the side off of the computer and I'm fairly sure the clicking is coming from the small fan in/under what I think is the motherboard? (I'm not too good with hardware)

Can this be fixed or will it need to be replaced?

I already posted on the forums of where I ordered the computer, but I'm posting here too for some extra help.

EDIT: Actually, I think it's the hard drive doing the clicking..

if it's the hard drive, you have a dead/dying drive. RETURN IT!
