Sitting in front of a computer screen for 8 hours a day has been proven multiple times in clinical trials to actually enhance your physique in many ways. You can build muscle and lose weight simply by playing WoW all day!

That's right, kids! Playing WoW makes you forget to drink water!
And dehydration makes you lose weight!
Sure, you'll be called pale. But you can laugh at them fatsos that weigh a normal weight!

BUY WOW NOW. IT MAKES YOU SKINNY.

But eating fast food while playing WOW negate the factor of dehydration for losing weight?

Considering the fact that I can warm-up with a seated leg press of 425 pounds, I wouldn't take Manic's words for falsities.

I am guaranteed to be the laziest guy on OnRPG. Which explains my spam/troll count.

175 pounds of sexy muscle, HELL YEAH.

    Yes it is bad.

You will be wearing thick ass glasses, you will be sitting there on the comp doing nothing. You will get huge, and you will have no exercise.

You will have no real life friends, only online. That will encourage you to play more.

Don't play for 8 hours, go hang out with some friends.

Unless you spend 10 hours a day hanging out with friends, 8 hours on gaming, 6 hours of sleep...

good job leaving the body fat percentage out, but calling yourself sexy...

and im on the computer for like 6+ hours a day, but can still run XC and soccer and 15+ mile runs, so it isnt bad if you can balance your life with it.

I'm 6 foot 2, and used to run (ran all day every day up until last year). I don't think my body fat percentage is worth mentioning.

Note: I'm medium frame, so I'm right smack-dab at my ideal weight.

Don't worry. I play games for 14+ hours a day and have for 7 years (no joke). The only thing that has effected me at all is not having friends but I've never been social and didn't have any before. So as long as you've got friends, go outside once a day and stay social it doesn't matter how much you play.

Yes I'm fat and Yugtaf is Fat guy backwards.

Its true. I doubt 8 hours of school is healthy for you either :/

8 hours of sleep, that is about the only thing that I can think of that I would consider healthy.

Think about it. Even swimming or running or whatever...after 8 hours, it seems like it would take a serious toll on you- especially for a few days in a row.

It's by no means recommended but it's not that negative depending on your lifestyle. If you are somewhat active in the other 8 hours you are awake, and sleep solidly and stay hydrated then you're good to go. However if you eat hotpockets, drink soda and don't do anything when you're not playing then yeah you'll become physically frail and fat. Socially... eh you won't have many real friends but i'm sure with 8 hours a day on a game you can make some there

Lies, I'm in front of the computer 5-6 hours a day. Constantly drinking soda/juice (A trocadero, pepsi and two multivitamin juice drinks (1.5L each) since yesterday) and I'm skinny as fck ;P Oh, and I ate pizza yesterday as well. I've had pizza three days straight when I was babysitting (which meant no social time ) my baby sister.

Maybe my metabolism is just awesome, I dunno. My weight has stopped, I don't gain nor lose weight. Or maybe I gain weight, but lose it overnight :O Anyhow, my weight has been 57kg since I was in 9th grade, that was three years ago now.

Who cares? As long as you enjoy yourself.

I mean, it's not like there's much else to do.
And if the cloud bursts, thunder in your ear.

You shout and no one seems to hear.

Wouldn't it ruin my focus ability or something like that? I mean if you are just starting at the screen all day long then wouldn't it be unhealthy for your brain?
