What are the best games I can run with these specs? I don't have the best PC but some newer games can run smoothly. (Guitar Hero III, Spore, ect.)

Thats not a videocard? :O. Btw If you can run GHIII smoothly you can play most of the newest games easily.

you could probably run far cry 2 ok, its a well optimized engine, ran great on my mates old computer, though he had it on low, it still looks quite pretty.
