Both Obama and Hitler were.are fairly average looking, but give them a podium and a large audience and they put on great performances.
Beholden to symbolism.
Both Hitler and Obama were heavily intrigued by, and routinely used, symbolic showings: for Hitler, things such as the nazi salute, large gatherings, swastikas, etc. Compare to Obama's Greek columns, fist pump, his big events, and his very own presidential seal.
A history of extremist/radical friends and associations.
Read Obama's books. He sought out marxists and radicals for friends in college. He sat in reverend wright's racist black power church for 20 years where he preached against evil whitey.
Villification of upper class.
International bankers for hitler, evil "big oil" and "big corporation" CEOs for Obama.
Socialist. marxist and populist tendencies.
One of Obama's oft repeated catch phrases goes something like this: " there aren't blue states and red states, republican americans, democrat amerricans, we are all just ameircans." Hitler did the same thing, trying to unite all Germans, inluding those in nearby countriies, to join in to a pan-Germanic country.
Futher, they both offered/offer candy to the working people. Giving people who don't even pay income taxes a "tax break", AKA a free check, money which was taken from someone else. In the end, though, just like candy, it will not substain themin good health, and will rot their teeth out.
Urgency of the times.
Both of these guys got a huge shot in the arm after economic siutations ahd hit crisis levels. McCain had a several point lead on Obama across the board until the economic crisis hit the country. Same thing happened with Hitler.
Questionable "elections"
Obama lost in the primaries, but still somehow won. He did. He was given the win by corrput democrat leadership. And they could only do this by disenfranchising millions of voters from florida and michigan. Hitler was also never truly elected democratically. He lost a general eledtion but was awarded power corruptly and underhandedly, just like Obama.
Media control and propaganda.
Obama has lardely had the media in his back pocket for this entire election, basically operating as his propaganda tool as opposed to an independent news source just tyring to present the "facts".
Incredible dishonesty in words versus deeds.

Hitler's catch phrase ""Everything must change" veruses Obama's "change we can believe in".
Now what will Obama do? The first thing he will do is further limit freedom of speech. Just like Hitler.
The second thing he will do is limit freedom of arms. Just like Hitler.
The third thing he will do is... come after you, assuming you aren't drinking his koolaid and dare have a different opinion.
