I just bought it from 7-11, they broke street date.

I licked it. It was delicious. I'm about to play right now.

If there's a 7-11 near any of you guys, head out now and pick it up. They only had 3 copies at the one near my place.

Hell if I know, but I got a "disc unreadable" error and panicked, thinking the disc was faulty.

Opened the tray, looked at it, put it back in, and now I'm playing.

EDIT: The disc is pristine, but I keep getting these errors. Maybe if I disconnect from Live it will solve my problems.

I wouldn't have even been mad! Haha, the thought of being scammed like that is nothing short of awesome.

EDIT: I've been playing the game for the last few hours, and there's only one thing I can say. This is one of the best games I have ever played. Everything is absolutely amazing, from the audio, to the scenery, to the gameplay. This game is perfect.

The ending left a bad taste in my mouth. Otherwise I loved the game, and I honestly couldn't find much to complain about. I'm sure I'll find more bugs as I play the life out of this game until Mirror's Edge comes out, but otherwise it was as close to flawless as most games can get.

Oh, and for the record, I really haven't been all that excited about the game. After the first hour of playing it I was hooked, though.

Well, the story is by far deeper and more dramatic than the previous game. Battles happen on a large scale, and at certain parts of the game you'll be looking out onto a battlefield and see literally hundreds of enemies, each one of which you're able to kill. This game really makes you feel like you're in a warzone, and you never really forget it. All of the weapons come back, and the HoD is as overpowered as ever (and prettier, I might add), but the most fun is grabbing a Boomer's shield and wading out into the thick of a fight just to piss off the bad guys. Taking cover is a little clunky (corners are the worst), but after a while it starts coming naturally to you. These are just a few of the things that come to mind after playing it.

IGN's review really covered it all, so I suggest you go and read that if you really want something more professional. The last boss fight is really, really stupid though.

Awards mean nothing, but if people are stupid enough to give Metal Gear or Grand Theft Auto the Game of the Year award over this, then I've lost faith.

Talk about a special game. I always knew this series would be special when I was pioneering its name to people who didn't even know what it was, and now people are finally catching on.

After I've finished it for the first time (Not going to rush), I'll start playing online. Bitches must be choked.
