Post Does Anime Cartoons educate us or agresses us to fight and be violent?

There are so many ANIME nowadays, most of them are already in the television and in the internet. It is really fun and exciting watching them especially the fight scenes & the romances between the male & female characters of the story. But there are striking violence in some stories that trigger aggression, sometimes making us like "Them" & we try to imitate & mimic the story in our own lives, possibly application. Do they educate us or influences us to fight & be violent like them? Well, the good thing is, they are made for us to enjoy and it's up to the person to decide whether it's good or bad...
    It's purely entertainment! Enjoy ANIME!

i disagree with that they make us more violent, i mean, most of them are trying to show that violence leads to nowhere and that its better to talk things over sometimes, right ?

Of course they are educational but only if you can see the hidden meaning. The most common messages usually are "never give up", "nothing is impossible when you have determination", "be true with the ones you love", "protect the ones you care about"... and many more. Even tho this is kinda idealistic a young person might get a very positive gain from watching stuff like that but as I said, only when he is aware of those meanings. ;p

Neither IMO. It's just like games, it depends on the kind of person watching it.

    whaaat?

near enough all media these days will show you either sex or violence. if it didn't you'd probably think it was boring. how you go about your life after seeing it is up to you.

9 out of 10 games has your running around with a gun killing everything in sight, doesn't mean you go around the streets shooting everyone.

    Neither.

I find it hard to believe anyone could learn anything from watching that kind of thing.
And if the cloud bursts, thunder in your ear.

You shout and no one seems to hear.
