You should pay a photographer in your area to snap some half-decent pictures to send in, because if I were in a position to hire a model and they handed me webcam pictures as a part of their resume, I would laugh them out of my office.

My friend was going to be a male model.

Its harder than you think. I wouldn't go for it...the stress of the job is really overwhelming. You can't have ANY scars or tattoos, your face has to match VERY specific outlines, and then if they DO accept you, you are expected to change your entire life around.

Including the social part.
