So I am wondering, I think that it is about time for me to get a new video card. My ATI x1500/x1800 Just is not cutting it anymore, so I am wondering, What is the best card on the market that I can buy for UNDER 150 dollars? I don't really keep up on hardware. So if someone know of some top cards for under 150 please let me know what is the best.
