i've signed up for tenvi and ms jp but when i try and install the games again i get an error message saying

as far as i know. their \ is different and if you use \ and not their sign it wont install right / work correctly. did you turn your computer to japanese and then install?

yea i tried that to i got it to install before but now it dosen't want to
