Is this game free or not?

I just downloaded it and from what I could tell by the site it's free..But when I went to go login, it said that my information was wrong..So I checked the site and I saw something about entering a key...So anyways now im on this site called Yusho and it's asking me for an activation key...Where do I get this? Is this game not free after all?
