Default A different topic about clothing

Yes i know there already is one but I don't wanna thread hijack.

On to my question. I've noticed that all my friends and peers all care so much about clothing and so forth and its only a matter of time till someone notices and makes fun of me for wearing walmart and mountain co-op clothing. But checking the prices at other stores it seems so damned expensive I could only be like one article of clothing a month on my current budget. So I was wondering if anyone knew of a store that looks good etc but isn't over-the-top expensive.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Dude, It's not even that it's expensive. I don't have a lot of money, but I go around stores and look, and I can usually find good stuff for low prices.

Just look around man. Plus, If they make fun of you for wearing Wal-mart cloths, then they're assholes.

Yes they are assholes. And thanks for the tip. Guess I'll try that.

How 'bout the good ol' enterwebz? There are tons of cheap online stores.

If the Rugged Warehouse around here didn't completely suck, I'd suggest checking them out; you can usually find some nice designer-brand clothing that needs minor repairs. (I can't advise this, tho', as the place around here only gets crap... like shirts missing entire arms, pants missing legs... ugh. To hell with that.)

Other than that, everyone else has said it--don't feel bad for shopping at Wal-mart. Hell, if it's comfortable and you think it looks good, then that's good enough! End of story!

I think Phantom said it best, tho'.

Hmm, name brand clothes really aren't that expensive at all, just look around at the mall, my mall has really cheap name brand cloths for 5-35 bucks.

    Screw that!
Walmart and Winners can have some pretty sweet stuff if you're good with putting together outfits :P
