it didn't do anything first it was a copy of a bunch of other cliched anime.

It was the first of it's kind of anime. An anime that takes parts and pieces of other famous animes and subtly weaves it into it's own show without losing any of the plot.

I heard there was a season 2 coming out somewhere..
