Actually. you could develop a system similar to how in chemistry they use the ph scale to determine the acid intensity of different acids.

The system could contain different levels of intesity for how powerful the hug is!

Similar to how they have like +1 this in some games! You could have level 7 hugs and level 8 hugs

thats how you could measure the value!
