Is There A Situation Where This Is Right?

Lets say you have a friend who is a midget.

Is there a situation anyone can think of where it would be appropriate to knock the midget down and hold him there?

Keeping in mind that we don't want to embarrass our friend, is there ever a point where that is an OK thing to do?
