Is There A Situation Where This Is Right?
Lets say you have a friend who is a midget.
Is there a situation anyone can think of where it would be appropriate to knock the midget down and hold him there?
Keeping in mind that we don't want to embarrass our friend, is there ever a point where that is an OK thing to do?

Its fine if the midget openly jokes around with his own height and is okay with you joking around with him.
I know one guy that makes fun of himself and is okay with other people making fun of him. We don't take it seriously and neither does he. He's proud to be whoever he is and he's a really happy dude. He's a cool guy.
