Counter-Strike: Source has FPS problems!!

I got a 7600GS i should be goood cuz this card is new... even people with 9800 Pro gets better fps then me.


i don think is my card..... but my fps drops random... even wit 3v3 or less.



dunno why.. but i quit playin CS:S

back to cs 1.6


and on BF2 is all good... 20v20 i get 40+ fps all day doesnt drop.. only on BOmb.

man... need like a 7800GT+ so that FPS never drops.. so gay ^_^

AMD Athlon x2 64 +4200 Dual core.... ( maybe CS:S has problem wit dual core
1028 gb rams
7600GS ( Overclock it a bit )
usin 83.91 driver but all are same.... nuttin really changes.

anyways imma just play CS 1.6

Ill stay with the CS 1.6 playin it on Highest resolution AAx2 AF x2

i get 100 fps all day doesnt go below 80. but on smoke... drops a bit.
thats cuz im playin on highest reso ^_^

i been playin CS till 1.3 on and off.. been usin crappy comp.. and card

What are the rest of your sys specs?
are you drivers all updated?
what is your deffinition of "dropping FPS" (how about posting what your net_graph looks like)?


or did you just come here to complain?

As a note, I run a 9800Pro, 2.8ghz AMD, 1gig ram, SBLive, and all tihngs source run ok for me (I have to tune down my setting on some like Empires, but that is it)

U overclock ?? i wanna get 2.7 ghz+ how u do that..
