mine was sorta short circuited and the lights were on,can be that the 20/24 pin has went or maby any of those small batterie on the motherboard has exploded. take a look at it, look for burn marks, does the card smell burnt? mine had no burn marks not any exploaded battery thingies. first i thought, damn the powersupply went, but i tried it on a different computer, it worked, (brought it to a friends computer) then i tested in on the motherboard, nope not working, so i sent it back and the ysaid it was short circuited.
