The game gives you a pretty nice tutorial, and most people will help you if you ask for it. You will find a lot of people in dungeons are AFKing, but if you find a nice clan (i have one =D) or a nice group chat (again, I have one) You'll always have a nice selection of people to talk to. World chat is also a good way to find answers, it costs 2k in game money, not cash shop money, to use one world chat. Cash shop items, since i already brought up the word cash shop, are mostly tradable. Anything you truly need in the game is tradable, extra stuff that isn't tradable isnt....a necessity.

I don't remember It came out and I was like heck I'll try it. And my download failed and I didn't know if I should bother trying again so I looked up reviews and everyone seemed to dislike it so I didn't bother

I played this game when it first came out (The IAH version) and then I got bored of it. By looking at Calypso makes me want to try it out again. What level do you get her?

    Yep, 50 mysterious powders.

The grim reaper dude is recommended at level 100 or above, but can probably be done before that, your crossbow person is recommended at around 90ish.
You can always buy the peoples cards for in game money. People sell them =D

You can buy those in game, 350k vis per 1 powder. It can be expensive, but, if you're like me, you can wait =D
There's a lot of character options, I just posted a few of the many many manyyyy options you have =D

i played the IAHgames (uh malaysian ver? i forget) version awhile back, it was an alright game but...
    lv 1 - 30ish = easy, fun, medium grind
lv 30 - 40 = what the hell happened to the fun? INCREDIBLY SLOW HOLY CRAP.
lv 40+ = AFK AND BOTTING GAMES (well for my brother, he got much farther)

30 - 40 pretty much killed the game for me. yeah i know the endgame rewards (bigger, harder, holy-shit-what bosses) and the stances concept was pretty decent, but the grind is insane imo.

hell, you could leave your group on botting mode if you knew the right location to leave em and the right combination of stances and classess. only problem with botting is that if your character gets knocked back/down, then your group is pretty much dead.

    GamersFirst version isn't like that.
    1-49 is easy
    50-60 is hard
60 and on is pretty easy.

You can AFK level, or bot, a lot of people do, and a lot of people don't.
I do, overnight and while at school. When I'm home, I'm actually playing the game and everything. If you get knocked down, it doesn't always make you stop attacking. Sometimes it will, not all the time.

It's possible to vet in a few days, of course, that's when you have a vet to power level your other characters. The hardest part is really the first trek for veteran status.

Alright, I've decided to pick up this game again. Currently downloading, it's gonna take awhile. I'm not sure what my family's name is, I'll repost when I remember.

another company hosts SotNW? what happened to the other one? (K-something network...hosted warrock as well)

i think its a fine game, graphics are marvelous, but my gripe with it is the gameplay. the botting, especially early in the game, kills the idea of gameplay as there is none.

leaving the game to play the game for you = what.
leaving the game to grind for you = okay, but when do i play?
the endgame = perfectly fine, but to work your way to it is the problem.

i remember just watching my group, for an hour, fight in one section of the map while moving through several points. the only highlight was when i was actually called upon to used their skills when my elementalist destroyed those mob-spawning barrels (or bot killers). after that, another hour of watching...

if you have an onboard graphic chipset (whatever those pieces of crap are called):
you can possibly run it on low if your computer was made in 2004ish. had an old HP pavilion run it on medium on IAHgame's cbt of it, was surprised it could even reach high...but then came open beta and graphic enhancements.

youtube search videos with its original name: Granado Espada.

Grind hard in this game? I've seen some people grind from 1 to 100 within 2 days While others can make it from 1 to expert withing a week.
Its the opposite, grinding is easy but at end game there isnt much to do but to compete with "Bots" and factions/brigs that dominates the servers.

If you dont have time to play mmorpgs for 8 hours a day this game is for you.
However, be prepare to pay a lot of money cause this is what this game is about
    $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$'s
