I'm in desperate need of an online forum host! there are a few requirements I need, but I can't do any weird downloads because I have a mac, and it has to be free

-needs a cash system
-needs to have lax(ish) rules, and not choking you for saying one curse
-needs to support HTML, BBcode, etc.
