okay, so i ifst installed 8.11, i had some problems opening video files, made some odd flicker on open.. osi i went to 8.10, and when i hav ethat i cant have a video file open while watching a movie on the web.. makes them funny.. so.. am i able to uninstall CCC and download some kind of fan controll program instaed of using that one CCC has? becuase its getting on my nerves right now..
it cant be that necessary.. right?

I've had this problem once before. Just mess around with the video settings and it should go away I think.

Who knows...
Make sure, you correctly remove all previous ATI software with the ATI uninstall tool before putting new drivers on.
You can find the older versions on the ATI page.
Pick your card and OS and search the page for "Previous Drivers and Software" to find the link to older versions.
