until you've been to a show :]
Reputation: 125You should not just post opinion threads though, not every one will like it.
Sure you like it, but not everyone else does.
I think is the best band ever, way better then your to be honest.
Reputation: 10i've seen alexisonfire a shit load of times live.
they are good.
but i got one EVEN better.
Reputation: 1151You haven't been to a concert until you've been to one of these:
Oh my god, so many good memories.![]()
that was not the best thing ever, nor was it one of them.
My best live concert experience:
Reputation: 1151I just found out MLIW broke up.
I saw them 3 times though. Every time they came to my area...so I don't feel AS bad.
I just watched your video Oisterboy and now I don't feel half as bad about the poorish sound quality in the one that I posted. That does look pretty fun, though. I've never seen a performance where the singer was so close to the crowd, for one thing.
posting live videos doesnt make ur fav band sound any good....now if u were there.. and shit it be a different story but videos of there concerts just turn there stuff into shit..

Reputation: 10@ Oisterboy. i have been in PLENTY of those.
heres a show that i have been to that you wouldnt have want to been at.
i was at this show. and know ETID (the band) has it on a DVD called Sh*t happens.
and for another hardcore pit.
All Shall Perish (they are fkin insane live)
Who needs Modern Life Is War (As decent as they were), or any of these so-called "hardcore" bands when Converge exist?
I saw them with Modern Life Is War not long ago, I think it was on the Europa Rising tour.
This is becoming about live experiences, so I'll just say that Prince pretty much bends everyone else over and says "This is how you perform live.". That wouldn't be fair, cos Prince is better than everyone.
On that note, I'll say Tool or Rammstein.
I was actually at that gig, none of you were.
Reputation: 1151I'm a big dude, I can hold my own belieeeeeeeeeeve meI've seen a couple of big brawls
You know what concert I went to that was the PERFECT balance? Its gonna sound lame as ****...but MXPXIt wasn't too violent, but it had a great amount of energy too. And it couldn't have just been because everyone there loved Jesus, because there was another band playing the same show that had nothing to do with all that :P
I saw MLIW with Converge too! I think the second time I saw MLIW and the 3rd time for Converge.
I have yet to go to a Tool concert. But if I did, I'd prolly be a bit...er...distracted![]()
one of their songs changed me for life...won't bother boring anyone with details >_<
Reputation: 10Dude i love my hardcore metal.
But MxPx is a great band.
Reputation: 10im excluded from that convo.
cause i've never heard of tool.
I only like Hardcore Metal.
Screams(high and low), Pig Squeals, Inhales, Blast Beats, Double Bass, Epic guitar riffs.
Reputation: 1151I'm afraid I am either slow or that's a personal reference I'd not get anyway, or a third thing.
Second, really, because I'm not slow.
I'm assuming you'd be high? If you get high to Tool it should be to the music, not live. You can't see them live at will. If they're making the effort to travel the country and perform, you should at least watch them sober.
They are, after all, one of the single greatest, most instrumentally talented bands ever.
hopefully its good.
My favourite Tool song, personally is Ticks & Leeches. Too bad they don't perform that live (well, when they do, very rarely, the vocals are apparently synthesized somehow, not sure how that works) because the singer almost broke his voice even recording it. The drumming is incredible.
Reputation: 10heres perfect examples of my music.
Suicide Silence (MY favorite band)
Emmure(2nd Fav)
