I'd like to retract the santa comment, cause I realized it was actually dumb.
I just think that it's not a big deal.

Well, I don't find it offensive, it is a little insensitive and inappropriate if you're a moderator to be using it. However, somebody has been offended by it, and I can't see how a person can justify keeping an imagine as an avatar knowing it's offending people.

1: If you have an issue with one of our staff members, please take it up with either the staff member in question privately via PMs or take it up with an Administrator via PMs
2: It is not breaking any rules on this forum. It is disrespecting nothing. Disrespecting would be pro-active insulting. This is a picture of jesus with his head replaced with a raptor. It's making no statement for or against any kind of religion. It's a non-sequitur.

As for you being offended by it, that is your problem and not anyone else's.
Personally, I'd suggest not to take internet pictures so personal.



As for other sig removable requests thats been mentioned, any and all staff are able to request content removable from any part of your profile for any reason. Sometimes the issue is not that it's disrespectful, or that it's specifically breaking a rule, but that it's simply causing issues in one way or another.
Now, if you have an issue with the removal request, please do contact an administrator.



Think of the rules as things that you shouldn't do and that you can expect to be punished by if you break them.
Past that, the staff makes judgement calls on if we need to step in.
If we need to step in on something thats not in the rules, we won't punish you, but simply because it's not stated in the rules does not mean that we can not approve of it.
But, again, if you have an issue with a judgement call that a staff member has, contact the staff member in question and/or an Administrator via a private message.
Be respectful about it and don't be a jerk, and we'll see what we can do. But if you are a jerk about it, even if you were wronged, we'll less likely be willing to help you out.

You are comparing Santa to Jesus? Jesus is based on many religions while Santa is based on a child's belief.
