PS3 and HDTV tuner for labtop

I just wanted to know would a labtop HDTV Tuner hook up to a ps3 and run good?

Depends on the video card and processor as well as the codecs that you're using. You may see some lag time but if you're using half-decent equipment then you shouldn't notice a big difference.
