Thinking about Upgrading My Computer

Okay, this is a long shot, I've never lurked in this section of OnRPG, so I'm hoping this half of the community is intelligible, heh.

I've been wanting to get a new computer, but I do like my current one, it just...is about 4 years old and really feeling the effects of MMOs and Games in-general, not being able to play them, I know for the most half its my crappy graphics card, I don't know why I chose the ATI 9250 >.> but I am hoping I can just upgrade the current with new parts and I don't want to go to Geeksquad really to have the analyze it for me, I'd rather just have them install the parts I need and be done with it. So here are my specs, if you all need more, please let me know, I have about 600-700 dollar budget, and I've seen friend's computers being custom built for less and running godly, so please help if you can, appreciate it.

can you mention wich cpu and gpu manufacturer youd like to have so we can start to make a new system for you

CPU would have to be Intel, I always hear bad things about AMD and GPU probably nVidia (I hope that's what you needed, lol I'm not exactly computer savy)
