Default Is there a way to reseed a torrent?

So, I've had a lot of storage problems, so I've had to move and rename some files that I had torrented.

But now I want to reseed some of them, but is there?
    Oh, I'm using uTor BTW.

get the files of a torrent back in the original order, with the original file names, and then open up the torrent file and have it "download" the files to same location as the files currently are at.
Let it check the files and then it'll start uploading.

Ughh... I somehow expected that answer.
Is there a way to do it without changing the file name, like maybe changing the path?

for utorrent all your torrents are saved in a folder usually like
    C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\utorrent

Dont know why you would rename the files unless you have absolutely no idea what you are downloading.
