Should i get CoH if i already have World in conflict?

hows company of heroes differ from world in conflict? graphics, gameplay, skirmishes, and such? should i get company of heroes opposing fronts if i already have world in conflict? is it worth it?..

also do you guys know any modern naval warfare games? with aircraft carriers etc.etc. (not red alert series)

single player is a blast but you might have some issues with multiplayers ..

there arent alot of people playing it and the it crashes alot

All of the CoH games are standalone. And the new expansion coming out has no new factions, so it's not worth it.
